Living a no smoking and no drinking lifestyle is a choice that promotes overall well-being and enhances the quality of life. By refraining from smoking, we protect our lungs from harmful chemicals and reduce the risk of various respiratory diseases. Additionally, avoiding alcohol consumption helps maintain a healthy liver and prevents the potential negative effects on mental and physical health. Adopting a no smoking and no drinking lifestyle allows us to prioritize our health, increase our energy levels, and cultivate a balanced and fulfilling life.

Although, I do drink only occasionally and that could be once a month or once every 2 mos. And it would consist usually of just a glass or two of wine or a couple shots when at a party. Otherwise, alcohol is not something I crave.
