HIP DIP workout to Minimize the appearance of hip dips!

This exercise is one recently requested. Hip dips are genetic. They are 100% normal part of your body’s structure and not a cause for concern. Building muscle mass and losing body fat can help minimize their appearance. However, it wonโ€™t make them completely disappear.

Remember, if you have hip dips, embrace it. You are beautiful the way you are.
